Find Where Sub-Recipes are Used

Quite often you have a sub-recipe (for example a dressing or a sauce or a spice mix) and you want to find out which main recipes are using this sub-recipe.

This is a quick and easy with Recipe Cost Calculator.

While viewing any recipe, click on the "Spec Sheet" link in the left navigation:

The spec sheet displayed will have a section that shows all recipes that this sub-recipe is used in:

Recipe Cost Calculator will also warn you if you try to delete a sub-recipe that is in use in one or more parent recipes, to ensure that you truly want to delete it.
