Create a Copy of a Recipe

Sometimes you want to create a copy or a duplicate of a recipe.

You can easily duplicate existing recipes (for example, if you have recipes that are similar to each other, but you don't want to start creating the recipe from scratch).

When viewing any recipe (for example, from the recipe costing page), simply click "Copy Recipe" on the left navigation:

Some things are important to note when creating recipe copies:

• Only the primary recipe information is copies (ingredients and quantities, and preparation instructions)
• Images, pricing & margins, cost history
